Merge PDF
Bring your documents together.
Loading Merge PDF…
Good to know
Add two or more PDFs and arrange them with the arrow buttons. All pages are copied in that order.
Use ordinary, unencrypted PDFs. Document-level bookmarks, attachments and interactive forms may not carry across. Check the downloaded file before submitting it.
Files stay in your browser. Keep your originals and check your download.
How to use Merge PDF
- Add at least two unencrypted PDFs, with up to 30 files, 25 MB each and 100 MB combined.
- Use each file’s up or down buttons to set the final document order. Check the displayed total page count.
- Select Merge PDFs and download the result. Open it to verify the first and last pages of each original document.
A practical example
To merge three PDFs, add a cover letter, report and appendix. Move them into that order, select Merge PDFs, then check the page count and the beginning of each document in the download. Your original files stay separate.
Common questions
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Encrypted and password-protected PDFs are rejected. If you have permission to use the content, first export an unencrypted copy using a trusted PDF editor.
Will bookmarks, forms and signatures stay unchanged?
The pages are combined, but document-level features such as bookmarks or form behavior may change. Combining signed documents can invalidate signatures. Keep the originals and review the merged file.
