A practical example

Common questions

Are the preset sizes official requirements?

No. They are editable examples. Verify dimensions, background, file format and maximum size against the current notice from the organization receiving your application.

Can I keep exact dimensions and still miss the target size?

Yes. Detailed images and lossless PNGs may exceed a small limit at fixed dimensions. The tool preserves the requested dimensions and reports when the target is not reached.
